This day-long conference will help you make the most of your community's media resources.  Explore the nuts and bolts of producing effective programming through local cable television and radio. Share ideas with other producers, municipal officials, video teachers and students.


The conference theme " Giving Voice to the People" looks back to the early days of P.E.G. Access and reflects on the original intent of setting aside channels for voices that were not being represented in the traditional commercial media outlets.  How well has this intent been accomplished?  Why aren't more participating now?  What can we do to encourage more involvement?
