Dinner and Business Meeting

The annual meeting provides a wonderful opportunity to network with others involved in community television.  We will begin with dinner - your choice of boiled lobster or burgers with garden salad, coleslaw, potato salad, rolls, dessert and beverage.  Please print out the dinner order form below and return it with payment to Bill Severance by June 20.

After dinner, we will have a short business meeting.  At that time, we will vote for CTAMs board of directors for the 2002-3 year.  Please note that access centers must have paid their 2001-2 membership fees in order to vote at the business meeting.  An invoice can be found on this website.

At least one board member is not seeking reelection.  Please consider volunteering your time to help make our organization a vital resource for all of the access stations in Maine.  If you have questions about the responsibilities of board members, any of the current members will be happy to talk to you about the position.

Guest Speaker

Our guest speaker for the evening is Greg Epler Wood, a leader of the public access movement in Vermont and chair of the Alliance for Community Medias Public Policy Committee.  Greg will discuss Vermonts groundbreaking approach to regulating public access.

We hope to see you in Bridgton on Tuesday, June 25th!

Sincerely,

Dave Brooks
